CD Registration

 

  1. Bring CDÕs to the membership table in the Wendy Williamson Lobby
  2. A board member will accept them from you.
  3. Fill out registration form as instructed.
  4. Leave $20 shipping & handling deposit in cash or check
  5. Pick up all remaining CDÕs by 11:00PM on the last Sunday of the Festival.  Your deposit will be returned to you at this time.

 

Please Note:  Any CDÕs left after the festival closes will be returned to the owners minus the $20.00 deposit within 60 days.  The $20.00 deposit will be used to offset the costs of shipping and handling incurred by the Anchorage Folk Festival, Inc.

 

Performers Registration

 

1.    Sign in with stage manager (Nora) backstage 1 hour before scheduled performance.  If you have any set up changes, please be ready to discuss them at that time. Please ensure that your group is complete at check in as you may be asked to perform early if there are unforeseen cancellations.

2.    A dressing room/practice area will be assigned to you.

3.    An emcee will be contacting you for information about your act, so please be available for them.

4.    Approximately 10 minutes before your performance time, a Stage Crew member will be asking you to move to the ÒGreen RoomÓ.  This is the main waiting area behind the backstage.  Shortly before your performance, you will move to the backstage area.  This is a quiet zone and darkened for the performance so please move carefully.

 

Please Note:  There is usually a lot of activity and performers in the practice area.  There are no guarantees that any group will have a room to itself, so please respect other peopleÕs space and property. Anchorage Folk Festival, Inc. is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen.  Also please limit the people in your group to those who are playing or directing when in the dressing or backstage areas
